William Wang

William Wang is a highly accomplished real estate development and project management leader with 25 years of experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. With background in architecture and project management, William has successfully overseen projects ranging from $2M to $500M, ensuring seamless execution from strategic planning to construction completion.

A Certified Project Manager (CPM) and LEED Accredited Professional, William specializes in project strategy, budget and schedule management, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and high-performing team leadership. His expertise spans new ground-up developments as well as adaptive reuse, renovations, and value-add projects, consistently delivering cost savings and exceeding revenue targets.
